Who Are They

Pei Jun Chen

Elder Candidate

I decided to believe in the Lord at Pastor Feng Bingcheng's evangelistic meeting at Concordia University in 2003.

Since 2005, I have consistently attended Sunday worship at Grace Church and participated in various family groups. Currently, I am attending the Lachine family group.

Thanks to the help and guidance of many spiritual mentors, my wife and I were baptized at Grace Church in Christmas 2010.

In 2016, I began serving as a deacon in the Worship Department. Later, in response to God's calling, I became an elder in the Finance Department in 2019.

Thank God for his continuous protection and guidance! Now, I am once again given the opportunity to serve the church, and I am deeply thankful for everyone's trust and support over the years!

Jiang Hua Liu

Deacon Candidate

I was born in Inner Mongolia, China.

I heard the gospel and believed in the Lord in university.

I was baptized in Easter 2004. Later, I committed to a student fellowship, participating in bible studies and evangelism.

After graduating from university, I worked in the United Arab Emirates and attended the local Chinese church while serving as a church co-worker.

In 2015, my whole family immigrated to Canada and joined Grace Church.

I have participated in the Kencao Fellowship, the Mandarin Bible study fellowship, the classes for newcomers, and the children's Sunday school.

With the grace of the Lord and the trust of our brothers and sisters, I was nominated as a deacon.

May the Lord be gracious and make me a vessel suitable for the Lord’s use and bear much fruit.
